Client Story

A first time private equity fund, who had just raised their first fund and were about to launch their second fundraise, were looking to build out their finance team by hiring a CFO

They were looking for a young and ambitious finance professional with private equity experience, looking to make the step up, to come in and take full ownership and build out the finance function of the business. Due to our long term presence in this market, we used our existing and extensive network of finance professionals in private equity and put together a strong initial shortlist, of which the successful candidate was hired from.

We worked with a leading private capital and growth investor who had established a new role in the business, and were looking for a portfolio management professional 

They needed to take ownership of the portfolio management function and drive improvements in data management and portfolio reporting in order to better serve their investors. The candidate required previous private equity experience and data management capabilities. We first leveraged our existing network in this space and supported the search further with our central research function. We were able to find our client a fantastic candidate that they were really happy with.

A long standing client of PER was having difficulty with a Tax Associate search in their New York office

Due to the success we’d had with the client in their European offices, they asked if PER could help with this search also. We utilised our central research function and marketing platforms and we were able to find a number of strong candidates the local agencies had missed, from which we placed a really strong candidate.
