OUR PEOPLE

Charlie is Managing Director and has played a key role in helping to grow PER since joining in 2006. He’s been involved in placing thousands of people in the mid-market, growth and venture capital industry.

Gail is the Founder Director of PER, having set up the business in the mid 1990s following ten years in private equity at 3i. She successfully transitioned ownership of PER to the team through a management buyout in summer 2025.

Richard joined us in 2011 and is now our COO, based in our London office. He previously worked primarily with traditional LBO funds as well as large credit players, on searches across all levels, with a focus on mid and senior hiring across Northern and Western Europe.

Debbie heads our Investor Relations & Fundraising Practice in the UK and Europe. She is an expert in team building and senior search and has built an incredible network across the industry. At the leading edge of all trends in this area, Debbie provides strategic advice across all fund sizes, types and geographies.

Oliver has been with PER since 2008, and covers the UK, Europe and the Middle East. His coverage includes private equity, private credit, public markets, real estate and infrastructure for sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices and GPs.

Daniela is an Executive Partner at PER, having joined the firm in 2017. As Head of Frankfurt, she advises private equity investors on senior and leadership roles, working with family offices, first-time funds, established mid-market, and global large-cap firms.

Alex heads our High Growth team, based in London and calling on the resource of our specialist consultants in all our locations. He is an expert in developments in the market with an incredible network across the sector. At the leading edge of all trends in this area, Alex provides insight into the growth strategies of funds of all sizes, types and geographies.

Margaret (Mimi) heads our Latin America business, working primarily with real estate, energy & infrastructure, and credit funds in the region. She focuses primarily on Mexico and has recently supported clients based in the US, primarily Texas, California and Florida.

Linn heads our Asian business managing our Hong Kong and Singapore offices, having built an extensive network in the private equity industry over the past decade. She secures influential roles at the senior level and oversees our mid to junior search mandates across the Asia Pacific region.
