Dean joined PER in 2018 and over the past four years has built up a substantial network and track record within the HR & Legal hiring space.
Dean leads on all senior searches and, along with the support of his team, is able to execute HR, Legal & Compliance searches at all levels across the private markets and alternative investment funds space.
Prior to starting his recruitment career in 2015, Dean was part of the Great Britain flat-water kayaking team for eight years, where his greatest achievement was winning a bronze medal at the world championships.
