Dean joined PER in 2018 and has since built a strong track record in appointing HR and Legal professionals across the private markets.
He leads the firm’s HR, Legal and Compliance searches, advising private market funds on appointments at all levels.
Prior to beginning his recruitment career in 2015, Dean spent eight years as a member of the Great Britain flat-water kayaking team. His sporting career highlights include winning a bronze medal at the World Championships.
