Charlie is Managing Director and has played a key role in helping to grow PER since joining in 2006. He’s been involved in placing thousands of people in the mid-market, growth and venture capital industry.

Oliver has been with PER since 2008, and covers the UK, Europe and the Middle East. His coverage includes private equity, private credit, public markets, real estate and infrastructure for sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, family offices and GPs.

Alex heads our High Growth team, based in London and calling on the resource of our specialist consultants in all our locations. He is an expert in developments in the market with an incredible network across the sector. At the leading edge of all trends in this area, Alex provides insight into the growth strategies of funds of all sizes, types and geographies.

Daniela is an Executive Partner at PER, having joined the firm in 2017. As Head of Frankfurt, she advises private equity investors on senior and leadership roles, working with family offices, first-time funds, established mid-market, and global large-cap firms.

Annabelle is a Partner at PER, specialising in private equity roles in the mid-market and lower mid-market.

Ben heads our Swiss team, focusing on GP, LP and family office investment roles, investor relations and team build outs in Switzerland.

Linn heads our Asian business managing our Hong Kong and Singapore offices, having built an extensive network in the private equity industry over the past decade. She secures influential roles at the senior level and oversees our mid to junior search mandates across the Asia Pacific region.

Margaret (Mimi) heads our Latin America business, working with real estate, energy & infrastructure, and credit funds in the region. She focuses primarily on Mexico, Colombia & Brazil and has recently supported Latin American clients based in the US.

Annelie leads the Life Sciences practice at PER, building a global network of investment professionals within the Healthcare and Life Science investment ecosystem.

Since joining PER in 2019, Freddie has specialised on Associate and VP level placements in the Venture Capital, Growth Equity and Tech space within the Tech Team.

Based in our Frankfurt office, Isabel is a Principal at PER. She specialises in deal team recruitment for buyout private equity funds and leads Portfolio M&A hiring for PE-backed companies across Europe, helping them appoint senior M&A and corporate development leaders.
