Charlie is Managing Director and has played a key role in helping to grow PER since joining in 2006. He’s been involved in placing thousands of people in the mid-market, growth and venture capital industry.
Charlie is recognised as a market leader for senior hiring, and spends much of his time managing client relationships and mentoring colleagues. He has spoken at INSEAD, is a regular commentator in the industry's media and is published in Private Equity International's book "Inside the Fund Management Firm".
Charlie's market expertise and extensive network are underpinned by more than five years private equity and venture capital investment experience.
Away from work, Charlie is married with three children, is a former ski instructor, and a forever-hopeful Kidderminster Harriers fan.
